me camping? ... seriously......?

This weekend I will be embarking on a new adventure, one that has my family saying: "YOU....camping....... R I G H T .... in a tent... a hahahahahahha!!" Like it was the funniest joke ever told.

I am not going with my family however, but going with other females, females that enjoy being pretty and clean and wearing makeup as much as I do... so this really should be quite entertaining for people to watch, write a thesis about, or possibly do a study on for their psych project.



Granted, I realize that I am not the most "outdoorsy" kind of girl (even though I grew up in the country) however, I dont mind getting dirty and muddy every now and then. I just dont like to be sweaty and unable to bathe for days on end.

Needless to say, that what I'm about to do... camp for 3 nights, 4 days with no shower... but hey, its not a total loss, there IS a spicket!

I have loaded myself up with diaper wipes.. with aloe and fragrance free (of course), Lord help me if I smell like a diaper.

I have to say, I am really looking forward to a little time "in the wild" with the girls... lots of baking has been done, groceries have been purchased, stories around the campfire will be told, no makeup needs will be worn, great music will be played....and NO HOMEWORK WILL BE DONE!!

Ahhhhhhh camping..............
